1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User") and Digix AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.digix-ai.com website and any related AI services
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its source code, databases, functionality, software, and website designs are our proprietary property. However, regarding AI-generated outputs:
User Input: You retain ownership of any data or prompts you provide
Output: Subject to your compliance with these terms, Digix AI hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the AI based on your inputs
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms
- You will not use the AI for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Your use of the service will not violate any applicable law or regulation
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not:
- Use the AI to generate harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the AI models
- Use automated scripts to scrape data from the Site without permission
- Input sensitive personal data (PII) or confidential information into the AI that you do not have the right to share
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Digix AI provides the service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You understand that AI can produce "hallucinations" or incorrect information. In no event shall Digix AI be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the output
6. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan
